This depends on your body’s familiarity with adaptogens and other daily stressors. To truly see the benefits of Youth and Libido, we recommend regular daily consumption, however, the effects of ‘Calm’ can be fairly instant.

Charmlee does not need to be refrigerated but we think it tastes better when chilled.

That’s completely up to you! Charmlee is designed to be enjoyed straight out of the can or poured into your favorite glass with a little garnish if you’re feeling extra. Due to the nature of our product, we do recommend giving the cans a little shake prior to opening. We do not use gums or fillers so separation is natural.

We are currently only sold in Erewhon locations but will be available online/nationwide soon!
